1. Are your products authentic?

2. Do You Deliver?

Yes we do. You can order online and add your delivery location and details. Our customer service team shall contact you and schedule the delivery

3. How far can you deliver?

Orders received before 2.30 pm are delivered same day within Nairobi. Delivery to upcountry destinations within Kenya are dispatched via overnight means to reach next day. For locations outside Kenya, delivery may take up to 3-5 working days to reach you.

These delivery times may be affected during the busy festive season with a possibility that your shipment may reach you a little later than usual.

4. Do Deliveries occur on weekends and public holidays?

Our contracted courier company does not deliver our packages on a weekend or public holidays. Should you however require this service, we can arrange it at an additional cost.

5. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and the greater Eastern Africa regions.

6. Can one Order Online and Pick?

Yes. This is perfectly Ok. Just shop and add in remarks on when you want to collect the item. Customer care team will advise in all cases.

7. Is it Safe to Shop Online?

Yes, we do allow transactions through our Mpesa Till Number 618778. Mpesa Payments through Paybill 247247 and Account 866769 are also allowed. All credit card transactions take place at our physical location for now. We shall advise once other secure payment gateways are established.

8. What payment options do you offer?

Credit Card Payment, Debit Card payments are allowed currently at the local store. Call in for further support.

EFT’s-Electronic Funds Transfer directly into our bank account

9. Do I need a credit card to purchase from your online store?

No. A direct EFT can be made into our bank account. A proof of payment can me emailed to info@fnf.co.ke.

10. If I am unable to find a makeup or beauty product, will you be able to help?

If you are unable to find a product, just drop us a message at info@fnf.co.ke or via our CONTACT Page, with your requirements and we will do our best to source it for you.
