1. Are your products authentic?

2. Do You Deliver?

Yes we do. You can order online and add your delivery location and details. Our customer service team shall contact you and schedule the delivery

3. How far can you deliver?

Orders received before 2.30 pm are delivered same day within Nairobi. Delivery to upcountry destinations within Kenya are dispatched via overnight means to reach next day. For locations outside Kenya, delivery may take up to 3-5 working days to reach you.

These delivery times may be affected during the busy festive season with a possibility that your shipment may reach you a little later than usual.

4. Do Deliveries occur on weekends and public holidays?

Our contracted courier company does not deliver our packages on a weekend or public holidays. Should you however require this service, we can arrange it at an additional cost.

5. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and the greater Eastern Africa regions. We ship worldwide as well and such orders must be made online with clear delivery locations indicated.

6. Can one Order Online and Pick?

Yes. This is perfectly Ok. Just shop and add in remarks on when you want to collect the item. Customer care team will advise in all cases.

7. Is it Safe to Shop Online?

Yes, we do allow transactions through our Mpesa Till Number 4932136 (Buy Goods). All credit card transactions take place online or at our physical location.

9. Do I need a credit card to purchase from your online store?

Yes. The accepted cards are indicated on every product, cart and checkout pages for your information and convenience. A direct EFT can also be made into our bank account and a proof of payment emailed to info@fnf.co.ke.

10. If I am unable to find a makeup or beauty product, will you be able to help?
