Face and Figure Beauty Solutions’ Return Policy affects only products sourced from our store or through our expressly authorized sales channels. We shall gladly accept returns for its products within 5 days from delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and as long as the conditions below are met.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged (for hygienic reasons we do not refund opened packages).

Makeup, Skincare, Fragrances, Hair Care and other products can only be returned under the following conditions: –
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item delivered
- Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the product is unused (in the case of change of mind).
